Hi, I’m Krutika! I’m an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School (Class of 2026). Previously, I spent 5 years as a Product Manager in India building digital infrastructure and experiences across e-commerce (Flipkart), online payments (PhonePe), and education (NextLeap). I’ve led both zero-to-one and growth-stage products across high-volume consumer and B2B platforms, key projects including content automation, voice AI for shopping, an online learning platform, and payment gateway solutions for businesses. Last summer, I interned at eBay in San Jose and worked on the Agentic Search experience.
I love structuring the ambiguity of early blue-sky product discovery and the rigour of scaling systems that people rely on every day. Fascinated by how Artificial Intelligence is changing the way humans interact with technology and the world, I want to contribute to this wave in a big, positive way. In my free time, I am exploring building and prototyping with AI.
I studied engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and then moved to Bengaluru to join India’s consumer tech wave. I enjoy mentoring people interested in a career in Technology, and have mentored 100+ students, professionals, and new product managers navigate their career in the past.

AI for financial decision-making
Most early-stage founders don’t have a CFO. They have QuickBooks, a bunch of tools, a spreadsheet, and their gut. Last year (2025), Surbhi Jain, and Varun Sant, and I teamed up to understand and test whether AI could fill that…
